Free shipping

We offer free U.S. shipping on qualifying orders. Cart and checkout will show whether your order qualifies before you pay. International shipping options and any fees (if available for your address) are calculated at checkout.

Processing & delivery

You will receive an email confirmation after your order has been dispatched. Check spam/junk folders if you do not see it.
If you do not receive your goods within 25 working days, contact us with your order number for tracking help.
Most international carriers do not treat a parcel as lost until about 30 days have passed.

Damaged in transit

Contact us as soon as possible with photos. Once we have reviewed the damage we will dispatch a replacement or refund you in full.
